How large is each cohort?
3–6 participants. Small enough for real coaching; large enough for peer learning. Additional cohort members may be added at additional cost.
Is it virtual or in person?
Fully virtual. 60-minute live sessions each week for selected cohort duration.
What's the difference between this and leadership training?
Training often delivers content once. The Cohort is ongoing group coaching: weekly application to real situations, peer accountability, and a structured curriculum (The Influence Path).
Is this only for senior executives?
No. It's designed to work for less-senior managers and emerging leaders as well as mixed-level groups.
How much does it cost?
